Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes an official public offer (“Offer”) made by MomentsbyFNF, a photography studio based in Lahore, Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”, “we”, or “our”), to any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, “you”, or “your”) wishing to use our photography and related services.

By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Offer. Upon acceptance, this Offer becomes a legally binding agreement between you and the Studio.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Studio provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to wedding coverage, event shoots, portraits, commercial photography, and related editing or delivery services.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

You accept this Offer by:

• Submitting a booking or service inquiry through our website, social media, or contact channels; or
• Making a payment or deposit for any of our services; or
• Signing any written agreement or confirming a booking via electronic means.

Upon acceptance, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional terms communicated before your booking.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment or deposit is received.
• Remaining balances must be settled as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Studio in writing.

4. Service Delivery

• The Studio will provide services according to the agreed timeline, scope, and style discussed with the Client.
• Editing and delivery timelines may vary depending on project type and workload but will be communicated in advance.

5. Copyright & Usage

• The Studio retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered images or videos.
• The Studio reserves the right to use selected images or clips for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Liability

The Studio shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or equipment failure, provided all reasonable measures are taken to minimize impact.

7. Amendments

The Studio reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Offer at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

8. Governing Law

This Offer and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
